The network’s Facebook and Twitter accounts posted a message June 2 alongside a picture of the Powerpuff Girls telling viewers, “We want to wish everyone a HAPPY PRIDE and encourage all of our LGBTQ+ fans to stand proud all year long!”

Cartoon Network isn’t the only channel with gay characters in children’s shows. The Disney Channel, Nickelodeon and PBS all have broadcast episodes with gay characters.

“Parents are very tired of their kids’ cartoons engaging in radical political messaging rather than simply teaching universally held values such as kindness, hard work, cooperation and friendship,” Stanton told Christian Headlines. “These elites who think they know what is best for the rest of us wonder why their influence is shrinking. It’s not hard to figure out.”

Powerpuff Girls is one of the cartoons that’s been broadcasted for over 11 years. But with the social norms changing, media companies including Cartoon Network rather than promoting traditional values, started promoting LGBT to young minds and hence defining values for the future society. Christians for sure need strong conservative faith to fight this out.

Especially the role of parents is very important in addressing this issue with their Children helping them understand the works of Satan in the society and help them differentiate between good and evil and show good example at home. For sure society needs faithful families that raises faithful children for a better future.

Do you guys have something to say?

I agree. And parents or not, we all need to speak up! Thank you for the heads up.

Luke 17:1-2 New International Version (NIV)
17 Jesus said to his disciples: “Things that cause people to stumble are bound to come, but woe to anyone through whom they come. 2 It would be better for them to be thrown into the sea with a millstone tied around their neck than to cause one of these little ones to stumble.
